Bland läsarnas kommentarer kan man läsa en synpunkt som säger att säkerheten går före integriteten. Så historiskt okunnigt. "Frihet är det största ting som sökas kan all jorden kring", och "den som låter säkerhet gå före frihet förtjänar ingetdera".

Vår värld vilar på urgamla rättstraditioner, och närhelst bygget skakar måste man stötta mot grundvalen. Samhället är byggt på ett avtal, och avtalet ifråga är lagen. "Land skall med lag byggas" som bekant. Den som inte följer lagen står utanför lagen, och är därmed inte skyddad av lagen. Detta är grundvalen för vår värld.

Statens auktoritet vilar på att den följer grundlagen, ty grundlagen är den lag som reglerar statens verksamhet. Om staten inte följer grundlagen så har den ingen auktoritet, det vill säga, ingen behöver bry sig om dess instruktioner. Det blir inte bara möjligt, utan rätt, att negligera dess beslut.

När detta läge uppkommer ramnar samhället, världen skakar i sina grundvalar. Korruption ersätter ordning.

Vi har dåligt med exempel på det i vår svenska värld, men vi behöver inte gå längt utanför vårt lands gränser för att hitta skräckexempel på samhällen vars kontrakt har brutits av bägge parter, och där ordning ersatts med kaos och korruption. Två av de största exemplen som jag personligen har sett är Sovjetunionen och USA.

Sovjetunionen har redan gått under, men USA kanske kan räddas om ett nytt och trovärdigt samhällskontrakt kan skapas i tid. Att i denna tid se Sverige gå åt höger mot fascism är mycket ledsamt, då det land som tyvärr verkar vara regeringens föredöme, USA, redan har börjat gå i motsatt riktning.

För att världen skall bestå måste dess kurs ligga varken på högerkanten eller på vänsterkanten, utan i mittfåran, baserad på demokrati. Korruption är den diametrala motsatsen till demokrati, och allting som ger otillbörligt inflytande till vissa individer eller grupper är korruption. FRA-lagen är korruption av demokratin, korruption av de värden som världen är byggd på.

Den som lägger odlad mark igen gör värre brott än den som dräper män. Kultur betyder odling. Att korrumpera världens grundval är att lägga odlad mark igen, det vill säga att förstöra vår kultur. De som implementerar FRA-lagen står därför utanför lagen, de är laglösa, och borde därmed vara varg i veum. Eftersom den juridiska ställningen formellt sett inte längre existerar, blir resultatet istället ett mera allvarligt undergrävande av samhällets grundval; korruption.

Hemlig avlyssning måste bort för den förstör demokratin. Ingen som är för demokrati kan vara för hemlig avlyssning utan demokratisk insyn. Det gör FRA-domstolen osvensk.

It is strange to view the circumstances on how things like this happens, and compare it with the political reality related to it. When a crisis occurs, it is always the ruling party who gain popularity from it, like the terrorist attacks in the US and Russia, the rise of fascism in Europe related to the financial breakdown prior to the war and so on.

Viewing the current financial crisis, the ruling political parties in Norway and Sweden gain popularity from this. The Norwegian waving a red flag, the Swedes waving a blue flag, so political reality has nothing to with political popularity. Since Russia and the US don’t have a free press, where the government controls all news and entertainment, you could argue that this is the reason there, but in Scandinavia?

For some time ago a man from the Bush administration was in Sweden, lobbying for the car industry there. He suggested that the government should take over the industry, not subsidise it (socialism), but actually take over the companies (communism). The strange thing here is the source of the lobby-man, coming from a country devoted to fight socialism over so many years, and now, over night, they suddenly become their own worst nightmare.

A nation is measured according to how they treat their prisoners, and today the US is a police state that has the largest amount of people in prison in the world. I believed they have around eight times more people locked up than in Canada. So, maybe this wiretapping actually works, at least it seems to do miracles in the US; they do catch a lot of lawbreakers over there.

Well, there is not much paranoia here regarding government-controlled companies, and you may remember the Norge er den siste kommuniststat comment in connection with the Telia-Telenor thing

Som jag ser det är det kommunism om staten "socialiserar" företag, dvs tar över dem på andra sätt än att köpa aktierna på samma villkor som alla andra. Men om staten köper ett företag genom att lämna ett bud på aktierna, eller köper dem på börsen i konkurrens med andra kapitalister, ser jag inget fel med det, på två villkor: Att staten gör detta för att det är i det allmännas intresse, till exempel för att förhindra en depression; samt att det är ett tillfälligt ägande och att aktierna kommer att säljas inom några år.

Hade jag varit statsminister i Sverige nu skulle jag ha sett detta som ett gyllene tillfälla att köpa SAAB och Volvo billigt, slå ihop dem för att få en mera kostnadseffektiv biltillverkning i Sverige, och sedan när konjunkturen går upp igen sälja bilföretaget till privata ägare, t. ex. genom en sedvanlig privatisering till småsparare i Sverige på samma sätt som skedde med Telia och många andra.

Man får inte låta ens ideologi komma ivägen för en bra affär!

The man with the hammer
Locally a counsel should be selected of twelve men, each given one vote. In addition to the twelve, one man (the number thirteen) should be selected, but this person should not be given a vote in the counsel. This man should be given a small wooden hammer, and be seated at the end of the table. The purpose of this member is explained in his title: ordfører (word-speaker). His task in the counsel is to listen to the twelve, and in the end, count the jay and the nays. Hi then bang his hammer, and inform the public of the result: this man should never be given power to decide anything above this task.

The same principal goes to conviction of those who break the law: select a counsel of twelve men to judge, and do not invest any power in the man with the hammer!

The idea of democracy in a failed state could be explained like this: thirteen men go into a room and select one: out comes twelve losers and one winner. You go to the kindergarden and ask the children what they want for breakfast: chocolate cake or oatmeal porridge.

The man with the plan
On a national level the ideas of how to distribute the common wealth among the inhabitants of the land should manifest it selves in a plan, and not in a man. This plan should be published a long time before the election, and the content should be a balanced budget, which should include the same level of details equal to the current. In this way the focus on the man will be removed, and all attention during the election should be on the plan, and not the man. This means that the people who fill the positions will be selected after the election, and not before.

Prior to the invasion of Iraq, the prime minister of Norway was a priest, representing less than 10 present of the votes. We did not vote for him, but for a coalition of plans, which emerged, to a counsel. He was well respected, and served the country well!

The common wealth also includes the land, and all citizens should have free access to the land. This means that walls and fences around private property should be removed, and the only reason to keep them should be to keep domestic animals inside. In this case the fence should be supplied with gateways for people to move freely across the land. For those people who need to keep people outside the wall, special housing should be made of brick, whit barbed wire around. In Norway we call these institution prisons, and the law, which regulate the fences, is called allmannsretten.

The low of the land should be based on equality and respect, and citizens should not be treated as slaves in any form or way. This means that every household should do their own laundry, made their own beds, make their own food, trim their own hedges and so on. If, for some reason, you are not able to keep you house in order, the government should supply you with these services. This means that all these workers will be paid by the state, given a decent salary and respect as the rest of the population. Those who argue that they don’t have the time to these things, saying: I work 14 hour’s a day, I don’t have time to do all this: your workplace is understaffed. Hire more people to shear the workload: work 7 hours’s a day, and spends the rest of the day to get your house in order instead!

A person who ends up in these circumstances has a tendency to use words like estate and staff, and talk about the other people, which are just modern word for slave. The problem occurs when these people end up as the man, and in a failed state that’s usually the case. These people now have a fixed view of reality seen from above, and regard themselves as gods gift to society: if we get rich, we will hire more slaves, and that’s good for everybody.

A rich man goes around the world with his counting-list and his measuring tools between his ears: the jury arrangement cost a lot of money, and it takes to much time; it is a rational thought. He then argues that it will be more cost-effective to remove it, and leave it up to the man with hammer instead.
